Product Exchange

At Hana Garment, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t quite right, don’t worry – we offer a simple exchange process to ensure you get the perfect fit, color, or style.

Eligibility for Exchange

  • Items must be exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products should be unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging.
  • Only items that are not on sale or clearance are eligible for exchange.
  • Exchanges are only allowed once per order.

How to Request an Exchange

Email Us at: hana1garment@gmail.com with your:

  • Order Number
  • Reason for exchange
  • Desired item (size, color, etc.)

Our team will verify your request and guide you through the return shipping process.

Shipping Policy for Exchanges

  • The customer pays for sending the product back to us.
  • We will ship the new product to you free of cost (within Nepal).
  • In case the requested size or color is not available, we will issue a store credit valid for 6 months.

Items Not Eligible for Exchange

  • Worn, washed, or damaged items
  • Undergarments and accessories
  • Custom-made or altered garments
  • Sale or discounted items

Important Notes

  • Please pack the item securely to avoid damage during transit.
  • We reserve the right to deny exchanges that do not meet our policy.
  • All exchanges are subject to stock availability.
