Eligibility for Exchange
- Items must be exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
- Products should be unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging.
- Only items that are not on sale or clearance are eligible for exchange.
- Exchanges are only allowed once per order.
How to Request an Exchange

- Order Number
- Reason for exchange
- Desired item (size, color, etc.)
Our team will verify your request and guide you through the return shipping process.

Shipping Policy for Exchanges
- The customer pays for sending the product back to us.
- We will ship the new product to you free of cost (within Nepal).
- In case the requested size or color is not available, we will issue a store credit valid for 6 months.
Items Not Eligible for Exchange
- Worn, washed, or damaged items
- Undergarments and accessories
- Custom-made or altered garments
- Sale or discounted items
Important Notes
- Please pack the item securely to avoid damage during transit.
- We reserve the right to deny exchanges that do not meet our policy.
- All exchanges are subject to stock availability.
